Before "Someone" Kills Me....

Here's how to play:

1. Link your tagger and list rules on your blog
2. Share 7 random/weird facts about yourself
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post leaving names and links to their blogs
4. Let them know they have been tagged by commenting on their blog

1. I have really strong senses what it comes to water. All water smells and tastes different to me and I am pretty sensitive to it! Most places' water grosses me out but I am too poor to ever order a drink! You may be wondering where the best water in the world is? Back home in Rexburg in the downstairs bathroom!

2. I get bad anxiety when anything gets close to my neck. I cut the collar off all my shirts because they have to be at LEAST 3 inches below my collar bone or else I am freaking out!

3. I can't put eyeliner on my top lid without holding my eyelashes....

4. I would rather clean toilets over any other household chore. I actually find it fun!

5. I call my mom everyday...like 3 times a day

6. I can't type the word "haha" (that took a lot of effort) I always throw an extra 'h' onto the end of it. "hahah!"

7. I have a really bad habit of picking at my lip...When I am nervous or thinking or just bored I pick at it nonstop! It drives Dustin crazy andI usually make it bleed :( Oh and I stare open-mouthed all the time...its really embarassing. *hahah!

Noone ever does these things when I tag them so I think I will just go ahead and skip that step! That is very self reavealing though and is a bit therapeutic. If you think its fun go ahead and tag yourself for me!

Go Ahead, Call me Martha

So I am always really late with my blogs, but better late than never, right? So I went to this "Taste of Home-cooking school" with some of the girls from work (Linds I missed you) a while ago. I went with low expectations since I am as clueless in the kitchen as they come, but actually ended up having a LOT of FUN! They made a bunch of different dishes from almond bundt cakes to sesame beef stir fry. They gave a lot of prizes too and even though none of us won anything, it was a blast. Well most of the recipes intimidated me but I did learn one I thought I could try in my own kitchen and here it is! Basically, you put tomatoes and cheese on a slice of chicken breast, roll it up, bread it, and throw it in the oven! Even I can handle that! Usually dinner for the McIntires consist of one of five things: Quesadillas, Cereal, Grilled Cheese.....Peanut butter Sandwhiches...sad. Maybe just four things. Anyway-thought I would spice things up and it turned out great! At least I think so, I don't eat meat but Dustin said it was good! So go ahead. Call me Martha.

Andrea's Reception

Congrats to Mr and Mrs Wilson! My sister and her husband Connor got married on April 15th but just had their reception a couple of weeks ago. They were going to get married this summer but when we found out my dad wasn't going to overcome his battle with cancer, they decided to have the wedding immediately so he could be there, in person. The reception was great and my sister was beautiful! Love you guys!

precious. I think my brother felt silly though!
Sisters! Congrats Andrea!

This ice sculpture was awesome. Conner's family is Irish and this means something cool, I just can't remember what....

Love, love, LOVE my family!

Beach Bums

This is really late but here are some more pictures from our trip to California. We spent quite a bit of time on the beach laying out, playing in the ocean, and going on long bike rides! Love, love, love the beach!

Dustin bein lazy. He actually got pretty burned that day...

Dustin is getting pretty good at using our camera's timer. Now we can get real pictures of us without asking strangers for help..Good job babe!

This one is my favorite! I love it!

I'm a natural

On our second day of "beach-biking," my butt was really sore so Dustin gave me some extra padding using our beach towels. It actually helped!

Angels Game

The whole family went to an Angels game Thursday night and it was an awesome one! The angels were down the whole game until the end (I'm not sure what inning it was..maybe eighth?) when one of their pinch hitters got a couple of players home to gain the lead! I don't know why people think baseball is boring. Between delicious and very unhealthy concessions to the 'kiss cam' on a jumbo screen, it doesn't get much better.

This is my favorite "Angel"- Chone Figgins

It Really IS the Happiest Place on Earth!

You can't visit LA without a trip to Disneyland! I don't care how old you are-it is the coolest place ever. Disneyland is perfect for me because I am a huge baby when it comes to rollercoasters and spinny rides make me sick. The rides here are just up my alley-no Dramamine necessary. We hit up all the good rides (my favorite is 'Soarin over California' so we went on that one twice). Dustin even let me buy a pretzel AND a churro!!! Wow! He wanted me to see the 'Electrical Parade' so we went on Friday and even though it was a little busier it was soooo worth it. I think I will have that music stuck in my head for the next two weeks. The whole day was perfect-we had so much fun!

The Cherry on Top

Our last day was full of old friends and GOOD FOOD! We were so excited to see Joy and Cliff! Joy is my amazing friend from the good ol' days working at D'Hack's office in Rexburg. I love her and miss her so much! Joy you rock! We met for lunch at Mimi's Cafe and caught up, reminisced about good times, and laughed-A LOT! I actually think we drove a lot of other customers away.....It was so nice to see them!

It's a McIntire family tradition to eat at Lucille's whenever the whole clan gets together. It is Dustin's absolute favorite restaurant in the world. It's a steakhouse with supposedly the best ribs and the best pulled pork in the world. (I really enjoyed their macaroni!) We had a really good time eating and laughing. It was a great way to end the trip!

Whoa! Watch out-the towels are out!
